Indosoft. inc grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your business purposes only.
You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute our software to any third party without our prior written consent.

You acknowledge that our software is provided on an “as is“ basis, and we make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Support and Maintenance
Indosoft. inc provides technical support and maintenance for our software as described in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
You agree to comply with the terms of our SLA and to promptly report any issues or problems with our software to our support team.
Payment and Billing
You agree to pay all fees and charges for our software and services as described in our pricing plan and as agreed upon in any separate written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our software and services if you fail to make timely payments.
Intellectual Property
Indosoft. inc retains all rights, title, and interest in and to our software, including all intellectual property rights.
You agree not to copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software, or create derivative works based on our software, without our prior written consent.
You acknowledge that any feedback or suggestions you provide to us regarding our software may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you or to keep such feedback or suggestions confidential.
Limitation of Liability
Indosoft. inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our software or services.
Our liability to you shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Termination
These terms and conditions shall remain in effect until terminated by either party.
We may terminate these terms and conditions and your access to our software and services at any time for any reason, without prior notice.
Upon termination, you agree to immediately cease using our software and services and to destroy all copies of our software in your possession or control.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Indosoft. inc reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
