Q-Suite 5.13 significantly improves several routine processes. For example, assigning agent scripts to campaigns and queues can now be done from a single interface. After creating a new script, administrators can quickly assign it to multiple campaigns, eliminating repetitive steps.
Additionally, the system now makes it easier to copy frequently used templates, such as those for transfers or web services—allowing for faster deployment and reduced setup time.
Enhanced Script Management and Lead Handling
The update also refines centralized functions like editing script page conditions and managing outbound lead data. When a script page condition applies to multiple scripts, changing it in one place ensures consistency and helps prevent errors.
Moreover, administrators can now flush and reload outbound leads on a per-tenant basis. This capability simplifies the application of new dialing rules and lead imports, while avoiding race conditions and reducing downtime.
